Lynn Malzone Ierardi, JD has over 35 years of experience in estate and gift planning, with a proven track record of building programs that increase engagement and support. She currently leads a team at NYU Langone Health as Senior Philanthropic Advisor. Before joining NYULH, Lynn spent 18 years at the University of Pennsylvania providing strategic guidance to both the University and Penn Medicine.
Her leadership experience includes serving on the CGP national board, with a term as Board Chair, and as a member of the CGP Leadership Institute. Since 2002, Lynn has also provided consulting services through her firm, Gift Planning Advisor, offering expertise to a wide range of organizations.
As an engaging speaker, Lynn has presented internationally at conferences, meetings, and webinars on a variety of topics. One of her favorite topics is storytelling, which she explores in-depth in her book, Storytelling: The Secret Sauce of Fundraising Success.
